Membership Information
We are about helping veterans, not about
motorcycles.
Our membership is comprised of veterans from all
wars and times of peace. Our membership also consists of
non-veteran advocates of all ages, generations, and backgrounds. To be
a member, you need to have a love of our country, an appreciation for
the sacrifices made by our veterans, and the desire to want a full
accounting of all individuals who are “Prisoners of War,”
“Missing in Action,” or “Killed in
Action.”
Over 80 chartered Rolling Thunder® chapters nationwide
are actively involved year round with local veterans and their families
in need, and hosting POW/MIA awareness events. Membership requires a
dedication to our mission and a commitment to volunteer service. As
stated in the Rolling Thunder®, Inc. Constitution, it is a requirement of all members
to participate in a minimum of 3 events during the calendar year.
Our meetings are usually held the last Sunday of
each month. We currently meet in Melbourne. We invite you to attend a
meeting and see if becoming a member is right for you.
